Holidays for Calendar Year 2008 Holidays for Calendar Year 2009 The State of New Hampshire and the State Employees' Association of New Hampshire, Inc. - SEIU Local 1984, within the framework of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement, have agreed that the following days will be holidays for State Employees during calendar year 2008.
For information only: Although the following days are listed in RSA 288:1 as State holidays, they are NOT paid holidays for State employees under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the State and the SEA. State Offices will remain open. In addition to the above noted holidays, State employees who are employed on a full-time basis are eligible for Floating Holidays. * Whereas Fourth of July, the calendar holiday, falls on a Saturday, State Offices will be closed Friday, July 3, 2009.
