Function: Assists and educates municipalities with the methods of appraisal and assessment of real property. Provides appraisal revaluation services statewide to municipalities. Equalizes the local assessed valuation of each municipality to bring such valuations to the full and true market value of the property. Advises and assists municipalities and taxpayers in full and true appraisals and timely collection of timber yield tax. Appraises public utility and railroad property for equalization, as well as local tax purposes. Assists local municipalities with the administration of the Current Use Law (RSA 79-A).

From I-93 North or South:
Follow I-93 to Exit 13. At the end of the ramp, (if you are going north on I-93 turn right; if you are going south on I-93 turn left) turn south onto Manchester Street. Stay straight until 106 approximately 2.5 miles. Take a left onto Rte 106. Go straight approximately 2 miles. Take a left onto Chenell Drive. Department of Revenue is on the right.
From I-89:
Take I-89 South to the junction of I-93 North. Proceed North to Exit 13, and follow directions above.
From Route 4, 202 & 9 from the East:
Follow Route 4, 202 & 9 West to the Route 106 interchange. Turn left on Route 106 South. Go through 4 sets of lights. After the 4th set of lights turn right onto Chenell Drive. The building will be on the right.
From Route 393 Going East:
Take exit 3 off Route 393. Turn right (south) onto Route 106 south. Follow Route 106 south through 5 sets of lights. After the 5th set of lights turn right onto Chenell Drive. The building will be on the right.

From I-93 North or South:
Follow I-93 to Exit 13. At the end of the ramp, (if you are going north on I-93 turn right; if you are going south on I-93 turn left) turn south onto Manchester Street. Stay to the far left going over the bridge. At the next light, turn left onto Old Turnpike Road and travel 2.2 miles to 57 Regional Drive. (Old Turnpike Road turns into Regional Drive at the lights). The building will be on your left. Turn into the driveway on the right (east) side of the building. The entrance to the Hearings Bureau is located at the far end of the building marked Department of Revenue Administration.
From I-89:
Take I-89 South to the junction of I-93 North. Proceed North to Exit 13, and follow directions above.
From Route 4, 202 & 9 from the East:
Follow Route 4, 202 & 9 West to the Route 106 interchange. Turn left on Route 106 South. Go through 3 sets of traffic lights. At the 4th set of lights turn right onto Regional Drive. The building will be on the right. The entrance to the Hearings Bureau is at the far end of the building, marked Department of Revenue Administration.
From Route 393 Going East:
Take exit 3 off Route 393. Turn right (south) onto Route 106 south. Follow Route 106 south through 4 sets of lights. At the 5th set of lights turn right onto Regional Drive. Follow Regional Drive to 57 Regional Drive. The building will be on the right. The entrance to the Hearings Bureau is at the far end of the building, marked Department of Revenue Administration. |
