Governor Lynch Declares State of Emergency

Concord, NH: Governor John H. Lynch has declared a state of emergency in Merrimack, Strafford, Belknap, Carroll and Rockingham counties, due to damage caused by severe storms and possible tornadoes.

Governor Lynch said state resources were being placed in service to assist stricken residents and assess the extent of damage.
