Upcoming Gaming Commission Meetings
(Concord, NH): The Gaming Study Commission announces a change in its meeting schedule for May. The meeting originally scheduled for May 11 has been rescheduled to Tuesday, May 18. The meetings are held at 1:00 p.m. at the NH Higher Education Assistance Foundation Conference Center off Regional Drive in Concord, unless otherwise noted. Remaining meeting dates are as follows:
- Tuesday, May 18, 2010, NHHEAF
- Tuesday, May 25, 2010: Presentation of Final Report to Governor John Lynch
The Gaming Study Commission was created under Executive Order 2009-2 by Governor John H. Lynch. The Commission is directed to undertake a thorough and comprehensive study of various models for expanded gaming and the potential to generate state revenues, as well as an assessment of the social, economic and public safety impacts of gaming options on the quality of life in New Hampshire.
