Wage & Hour Wage Claim Process

Welcome to the State of New Hampshire's Wage & Hour Wage Claim process

In accordance with RSA 275:51 V, any employee who is due unpaid wages may file a wage claim within 36 months from when the wages were due. If you are due unpaid wages from your employer (current or former) and you elect to file a wage claim, you must first complete and submit a Wage Claim form to the NH Department of Labor.

To file a Wage Claim, please use one of the following three options:

Option Two: Complete the Wage Claim form and return it to the Department of Labor via mail, fax, or email:
