A petition for declaratory ruling may be filed to request a ruling from the PELRB regarding the applicability of any statute within the jurisdiction of the board or any PELRB rule or order. The procedures and requirements in Pub 206.01 must be followed. For example, the petition should identify the statute, rule or order at issue and provide the facts giving rise to the petition.
