PART Pub 204 DECISIONS

Pub 204.01 Time Periods.

Decisions rendered by the board or presiding officer shall be issued within 45 days after the submission of briefs, if allowed or required, or the submission of evidence into the record, whichever is later. All decisions shall be accompanied by findings of fact and rulings of law.
