Auditing Department

The primary responsibility of the Auditing Department is to regulate the beverage industry, collection and auditing of beer tax revenue which generates approximately $13 million from licensed New Hampshire beverage wholesalers, beverage manufacturers, brewpubs, and nano breweries. Club Financial Forms

This form is to be filled out by holders of all private club licenses and must be submitted by the 15th day of each month.

Club Supplemental Request Form

This form is to be filled out by private club licenses who are renting their hall, with or without the sale of alcohol, and must be submitted at least 5 working days prior to first date requested.

Club Transfer For Day

Liquor Rule 501.15 Transfers.

(a) All petitions pursuant to RSA 178:25 for transfer of a club license received in the commission's offices at least 5 days prior to the event which meet the requirements of RSA 178:25 and any other statutory requirements which may apply shall be granted.
(b) Transfers shall not exceed 3 consecutive days and 6 total days for any organization during their license year.
