Liquor Establishment Security Training (L.E.S.T.)

The Division of Enforcement & Licensing is excited to announce the development of the Liquor Establishment Security Training program for licensees that serve alcoholic beverages in New Hampshire. Management and security staff will gain knowledge in the State Alcohol, Beverage and Tobacco Laws, Liquor Commission Administrative Rules and important Civil Liability issues.

• Improve understanding of roles and responsibilities to ensure the professionalism of all security personnel.
• Develop positive relationships between establishments, local police, and the surrounding community.
• Educate personnel in conduct that creates proper results in specific circumstances.
• Aid management to initiate policies and procedures that benefit the public safety.

Division of Enforcement Liquor Investigators will teach this program. All classes are free of charge and all participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
