Biography of Deputy State Treasurer Lauren Warner

Lauren joined the Treasury in 2023 as Deputy State Treasurer. Prior to joining Treasury, Lauren served as General Counsel of the New Hampshire Office of Professional Licensure and Certification, and prior to that, Deputy General Counsel at the New Hampshire Banking Department. Prior to joining the State, Ms. Warner worked as an attorney in the private sector at Morrison Mahoney LLP and RiverStone Resources LLC.

Lauren earned her juris doctorate degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2013, and is a graduate of the Daniel Webster Scholars Honors Program.
