State Treasury releases its 2024 New Hampshire Treasury Annual Report

State Treasury is pleased to announce that Moody's Ratings upgraded New Hampshire's GARVEE Bonds credit rating to A1 from A2
October 4, 2024
Moody's has upgraded the State of New Hampshire's Grant Anticipation Revenue Bonds (GARVEE) to A1 from A2, outlook stable. "The upgrade principally reflects the credit strength of the state, as under our revised methodology for rating GARVEEs the state's Aa1 issuer rating became a more prominent credit consideration than it was previously." Moody's said in its press release issued on October 3, 2024. The state has about $16 million of GARVEEs outstanding.
Treasury has updated the Component Unit Dashboard pages with content effective June 30, 2024.

On behalf of the College Tuition Savings Plan Advisory Commission, State Treasury releases the draft meeting minutes of August 26, 2024 and the approved meeting minutes of June 17, 2024.

The State Treasury is pleased to announce that S&P Global Ratings upgraded New Hampshire's credit rating to AA+ from AA.
April 2, 2024
The rating was assigned to the State's outstanding general obligation bonds and to the $60 million of general obligation bonds the State Treasurer plans to issue, selling competitively, on April 4. The proceeds will be used to finance various capital improvement projects.
