Electronic payment, or direct deposit, is the most efficient way for your business to receive payment. Once enrolled, payments will be sent directly to your bank account and a remittance advice containing the payment details will be sent to one or more email addresses of your choice.
To enroll in direct deposit, you must complete and sign the State Treasury ACH Enrollment Form. To request an enrollment form and instructions, please click on the email link below this paragraph. A form will be sent by regular mail to your business address on file with NH Purchase and Property. Fill out the form completely, sign (signature must be notarized) and then mail directly to the State Treasury. Please note: We cannot accept direct deposit enrollment forms from your bank or enrollment requests made on any other document except the official State Treasury form. Please do not email the form to the State Treasury as email is not a secure method for transporting sensitive information!

Please be sure to include your business name and State of NH vendor number with the request. The enrollment form and instructions will be sent by regular mail to the address on file with NH Purchase and Property, so please ensure your business address is current with them by reviewing your vendor profile here.
Once direct deposit has been activated for your company, you will receive your vendor payments directly in your bank account. A remittance advice with payment details will be sent to the email address specified on the enrollment form approximately one business day before your bank account is credited. If your company's bank account or email address changes, please follow the form instructions for updating bank account and email address information and forward the updated ACH Enrollment form to the State Treasury as soon as possible.
