College Tuition Savings Plan Advisory Commission

The New Hampshire College Tuition Savings Plan Advisory Commission (Advisory Commission), established pursuant to New Hampshire statute RSA 195-H:2, is responsible for the fiduciary administration and management of the College Tuition Savings Plan in New Hampshire.

The Advisory Commission consists of 13 members who ensure that the Plan complies with the requirements of Section 529 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and any related federal law applicable to the Plan.

The Advisory Commission is also responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of the New Hampshire Excellence in Higher Education Endowment Trust Fund established in RSA 6:38 and the two UNIQUE Scholarship Programs, and the Governor's Scholarship Program.
